MíL vodka is a three grain pot still vodka made with Irish wheat, rye, and Spanish Andalusian corn.
It is full-bodied and smooth with the wheat giving it a nice, creamy texture. The corn gives it sweetness and is balanced with the spiciness of the rye.
The nose (apple, citrus, and grass) is matched on the plate.
